Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced and conducted both indoors and outdoors, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities- You are the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
- Active driver’s license.
- At least 21 years of age.
- DOT medical certification.
- Documentation of prior employment.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
- High School diploma, GED or military service.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self‑motivation and teamwork drive to meet goals.

Estimated total compensation ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, including base salary and earned commissions.
