Position: Virtual Infection Prevention / Medical Surgical Inside Sales Specialist

Job Overview

Virtual Infection Prevention / Medical Surgical Inside Sales Specialist – Remote in CO. Join Solventum to sell our products and enable healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing information about products or services.
  • Manage territory and own assigned account lists.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in
  • Collaborate with the field sales team and other internal resources to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrate a proficient level of procedural, clinical, and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Close sales and achieve daily metrics and monthly quotas.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher with at least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Associate Degree with at least 4 years of sales experience.
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with high productivity levels.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Location & Compensation

Remote in Colorado. Pay range: $81,600 – $112,200 (base + variable incentive). Travel up to 10% domestic. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
