Mobile Associate, Bilingual - Retail Sales

Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and build strong connections with customers. This learning role prepares associates for the next level as Mobile Experts and requires successful completion of new employee training.

• Serve and sell to customers while providing a world‑class customer experience and building loyalty by helping customers pick up where they left off, exploring needs, providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology, and performing side‑by‑side selling to create personalized solutions.
• Skillfully use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, explain plans and services, complete training on in‑store experience, and seek out information about innovations in wireless and technology.
• Establish relationships and partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, identify and hand off small business leads, and support team initiatives.

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Required)

• Passionate customer advocate who is authentic and enjoys connecting with customers (Required)
• Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required)
• Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while providing customer resolutions (Required)
• Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required)

• Hourly Base Pay: $18.00 plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
• Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and training pay. After completing training, promotion to Mobile Expert and eligibility for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year.
