- Assist in animal care and training as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal, written, listening, and phone communication skills
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Availability to work evening and weekends
- Preferred prior experience in a commissioned sales position
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Non‑exempt (Hourly) Employee
- Eligible for Commission pay after training – based on sales and performance metrics
- $16/hour guaranteed base pay with uncapped commissions.
- Eligible for vacation accrual after 6 months
