- Participate in sit-ins, project work, and direct and indirect client interactions
- Gain exposure to associates and senior leaders through speaker series, networking events, and Business Resource Groups
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Develop fund pitches and sales materials
- Support client engagement and business growth
- Analyze proprietary and industry data
- Develop client and prospect insights
- Create reports and presentations
- Identify trends informing sales and relationship management strategies
- Complete intensive training and rotate into the Advice business for direct-to-consumer client experience
- Full time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date of December 2027 – May/June 2029
- Open to all majors including Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, and Political Science
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Interest in investing and following the markets
- Growth mindset with commitment to ongoing learning of AI-augmented platforms
- Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
- Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (preferred)
- Interest in pursuing a sales or client management career path (preferred)
Demonstrates strong analytical skills through market research and competitive analysis, while effectively communicating insights and trends to support client engagement and business growth. Exhibits a growth mindset and commitment to learning, particularly in the context of AI-augmented platforms.
