Security Officer Patrol - Residential Site

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government housing location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe coming and going activity, assisting with visitor direction, policy reminders, and other security-related support based on site requirements.;
Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and/or property representatives regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and policy-related issues.
