Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

Mon: 10:30 PM – 06:30 AM

Tue: 10:30 PM – 06:30 AM

Fri: 10:30 PM – 06:30 AM

Sat: 10:30 PM – 06:30 AM

Sun: 10:30 PM – 06:30 AM

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or contractors by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a government housing location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or property‑related issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public‑facing areas to help deter unauthorized access, support orderly movement of people, and address questions or concerns in a professional manner.
• Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift communications, and support Allied Universal standards for professionalism, appearance, and customer‑focused service.

• Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare/medical‑related field.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
