Banner Health is seeking a Tactical Officer to serve as the first responder to violent incidents across the facility and campus. You will direct security responses, coordinate with law enforcement, and support patrols to safeguard staff, visitors, and patients.
The role requires passing Banner Health’s Tactical Officer Academy, maintaining fitness, and meeting bi-annual requirements. Work 3/12-hour shifts with a $5/hour night shift differential within the 7pm–7am window.
