MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Are you a dependable, skilled maintenance professional looking for a great opportunity with a well-established property management company? Property Technica is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Greeley, CO!
Position OverviewWe’re seeking a hands‑on, reliable individual to perform general property maintenance across our residential and commercial portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Minor plumbing and electrical
- Drywall repair and painting
- Appliance troubleshooting
- General carpentry
- HVAC knowledge a plus (not required)
- Groundskeeping and snow removal
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
