Irrigation Technician

About the Role

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems (sprinkler systems, valves, controllers, drip irrigation, etc.)
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical system issues and perform timely repairs.
• Perform seasonal startups, winterizations, and routine service checks.
• Maintain accurate service logs, parts inventory, and customer communication.
• Work efficiently both solo and in team environments.
• Uphold safety standards at all job sites and manage tools and equipment responsibly.

• 2+ years of irrigation technician experience preferred (residential and commercial)
• Familiarity with Sabre, Hunter, Rain Bird, or Toro systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Physical ability to work in varied weather conditions and perform manual tasks

OFFER:

• Competitive salary range: $22 to $30 per hour (~$46,500 to $62,000 annually), based on experience and skill level.
• Entry-level / mid-tier: $22–$25/hr (~$46K–$52K)
• Experienced / lead tech: $26–$30/hr (~$55K–$60K+)
