C&H Solutions in Ault, Colorado is actively hiring for a Solids Control Operator
- Agriculture Services to support their expanding Agricultural (Ag) Solids business. This is a full-time position focused on managing manure and biosolids, utilizing heavy machinery, and handling pumps and fluid systems in the region.

• Operating heavy farm machinery, including tractors and specialized manure handling equipment.
• Managing, pumping, and transporting agricultural solids and fluids (manure/biosolids) at on-site and off-site locations.
• Washing, greasing, and performing routine maintenance on pumps, PTOs, and other equipment.
• Assisting in setting up and tearing down, including managing lines and pumps in varied terrain.
• Completing daily reports and monitoring system levels.

• Experience operating large farm equipment is preferred.
• General knowledge of fluid dynamics, pumps, hoses, and connections is required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform manual labor.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug test and physical.
• Ability to work well in a team environment to meet deadlines.

• Pay range:
  Typically $20 - $25+ per hour, with opportunities for overtime.

This position focuses specifically on agriculture and waste management, such as lagoon cleaning and manure handling, distinct from other C&H Solutions solids control roles.
