Position Overview
Role: HVAC Commercial Installer – Full‑time
Location: Greeley, CO, US
Compensation: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Summary: Join our team as a commercial installer and bring analytical and problem‑solving skills to projects that require precision and reliability. You will work at a steady yet precise pace, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to delivering top‑quality service to clients.
Requirements- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- Ability to read and interpret building and mechanical plans
- Experience training other technicians and apprentices
- Ownership of tools necessary for a Journeyman Lead Installer role
- HVAC technical school background (preferred)
- NATE certification (preferred, training provided if needed)
- Experience with a wide variety of heating and cooling equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA Refrigerant Certification
- Physical ability to meet job demands
