Traveling Construction Laborer Must Be Local to Denver or Northern Colorado

Locations: Colorado, Texas & surrounding states

Pay: $25-30/hr.

Per Diem: $25-$155/day worked (based on project location and overnight travel requirements)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays) | 40-70+ hours/week | Frequent Overtime Available

Travel: Required

Must have a clean motor vehicle record

We are seeking Construction Laborers who enjoy working outdoors and are flexible to travel. This role supports the construction of caissons, deep foundations, and transmission line projects throughout Colorado, Texas, and the surrounding region.

• Assist crews with caisson, foundation, and transmission line construction
• Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Perform site cleanup and general labor duties
• Work closely with equipment operators, drill crews, and foremen
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• 1+ year of construction, labor, concrete, earthwork, farming, landscaping, demolition, or related outdoor work experience
• Willingness to travel extensively for projects
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions year-round
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Looking for a long-term career, not just a temporary job

This is a 100% outdoor position. Employees should expect to work in Colorado winters, summer heat, rain, mud, snow, and varying weather conditions. The team works hard, takes pride in what they build, and is looking for people who want to grow with the company for years to come.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
