Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Shop Supervisor to directly lead a DFA maintenance shop in the Mountain Area East.
You will supervise mechanics, plan preventative and corrective maintenance, manage costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on DFA-owned equipment. Candidates should have diesel/heavy equipment repair experience, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to coach staff while coordinating with HR and location management.
