** Minimum Hiring Annual Salary:**$52,612.00
** Maximum Hiring Annual Salary:**$56,821.00

To attain the maximum annual salary, employee must meet all minimum qualifications plus:
* 5 (five) years of additional applicable work experience and/or degrees higher than minimum qualification degree. Degrees higher than the minimum qualification degree can be used in combination with additional work experience.
* A combination of related education, on-the-job work experience, certifications and/or licenses that results in a candidate successfully meeting the minimum qualifications of the position, may be considered.

The stated salary amounts are not guaranteed in the event employment ends with Aims during any fiscal year.

The College embraces and seeks to hire individuals who want to be a part of this environment and have the skill sets necessary to be successful in this position.### The CARE Case Manager provides non-clinical student case management, in the moment solutions, and resource identification, referrals, and follow up to resources, and basic-needs support for struggling students.

The CARE Case Manager works directly with students to customize and implement non-clinical interventions for students seeking resources and for students who have challenges with their health, housing, finances, academics, behavior, safety and other aspects of their general welfare. The case manager provides individualized care and services so students can meet their goals, including intake, needs assessment, in the moment support, service planning, and monitoring/evaluation of identified goals.

This position will develop in-depth and ongoing relationships with students in order to increase supports and overall success. In conjunction with counseling services and with the SAIL Office, the CARE Case Manager will develop and implement educational, outreach, and preventative programs for overall student well-being. Occasional travel to satellite campuses may be required.
** Non-Clinical Case Management: 50%
*** Provide individualized care and case management services so students can meet their goals. This includes intake, needs assessment, resource management, service planning, and monitoring and evaluation.
* Teach students how to problem-solve by identifying alternative options as they relate to their life and career goals.
* Liaison with faculty when appropriate about student progress and student situations that could impact academic performance.
* Keep accurate log notes that reflect the discussion and essential information conveyed to students.
* Refer students to appropriate resources on campus based upon their needs (e.g. orientation, disability access, etc.).
* Refer students to appropriate community resources based on their needs
* Respond within 48 hours during regular working hours to student phone calls and email inquiries.
* Establish working relationships/partnerships with community agencies, services, and resources to meet students’ basic needs.
* Maintain information and network for campus and community resources.
