Truck Driver Trainee​/Student​/Refresher

We offer one of the best trainee programs in the country.

All you need is a Class A License (No experience needed).

We will pay you $600 per week while you go out with a trainer and learn from the best.

Pay and earning potential during training:

• $600 per week while in the training program
• Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received
• Quickest promotions in the industry: .55 CPM after training, .62 CPM at 90 days, and .66 CPM at your 6‑month mark

Orientation is offered every Monday and Wednesday. You may also start on any day with an online orientation.

Teams average 5,000‑6,000 miles a week and guaranteed home time – if you finish early we pay for the time.

Covenant offers a comprehensive benefits program. On the first day of the month, after 60 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the following employee benefit plans:

After 180 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the company’s 401(k) plan. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to elect benefits until open enrollment each year.

• Must have a valid Class A License (No experience needed)
• Moving violations:
  No more than one serious traffic violation in the last year
• Accidents:
  No critical accidents in the last year
• DUI:
  None in the last four years
