Delivery Driver

SUMMARY

Primarily responsible for providing delivery of chemicals to satellite yards, frac sites, and customer leases.

• Safely operate diesel, 1-ton pickup/gooseneck combo, multi-geared bobtail truck/pup and/or tractor‑trailer vehicles over heavily congested city highways, rolling hills, and rural roads.
• Pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of vehicles used to deliver chemicals.
• Operate delivery trucks, tank trailers/ISO, and over‑the‑road trucks.
• Strap down totes on trailers to ensure daily runs meet company delivery requirements.
• Unload totes with forklift or pump as needed.
• Load and strap empty containers for return to yard.
• Maintain truck and equipment in safe operating condition through daily and periodic inspections.
• Operate in accordance with DOT regulations and homeland security guidelines concerning hazardous materials.
• Maintain drivers hours of service via the Geo Tab drive app.
• Obtain shipping papers for each load.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure field/satellite yards meet requirements.
• Wear appropriate PPE/safety gear per company policy.
• Recognize and avoid safety hazards.
• Occasionally perform overnight stays due to driver time expiration.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Current Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsements.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience.
• Compliance with federal motor carrier safety regulations and DOT regulations for the past 3 years.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 75 pounds.
• Valid Class A CDL with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 26,001+ lbs.
• Valid Medical Certificate (Form 5876).
• Clear Pre‑Employment Screening Program report; no accidents reported.
• Clear Motor Vehicle Record: no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years; no DWI/DUI offenses within past 7 years.
• Clear “Driver Not Prohibited” status; no active Substance Abuse Program or Return to Duty listings.
• Complete and pass all required pre‑employment screenings.
