Job Overview

Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM.
Days Off: Mid‑week days are off.

Warehouse Associate – responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload product from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
  • Stage deliveries and store all product in designated location.
  • Ensure inventory is dated and rotated according to schedule.
  • Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping.
  • Obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork.
  • Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes.
  • Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
  • May operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight.
  • Maintain grounds by collecting papers and trash, cleaning parking lot and entrance to building.
  • Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean.
  • Keep offices, bathrooms, warehouse floor, truck docks, and aisles clean through mopping, sweeping, and washing.
  • Remove trash daily by emptying trash containers and transporting materials to disposal area, including recycling.
  • Clean and sanitize products according to company standard operating procedures.
  • Complete all required training modules and certifications by the due date.
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe work environment for all.
  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
  • Follow all company policies and execute company standards on appearance and functionality, including appropriate brand representation.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of the department and company operations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, department, and company.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Professional

    Experience:

    1+ years of general work experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, time‑management skills; ability to pay close attention to detail and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of general warehouse operations and equipment.
  • Experience with Powered Industrial Trucks for product relocation and safety inspection.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (preferred).
Physical Demands
  • Warehouse environment: sitting frequently, standing frequently, walking frequently, talking frequently, hearing frequently.
  • Lift or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Use of hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally.
  • Sight required to ensure safety of yourself and others.
