We are looking to hire an experienced Accountant to work within a Green Bay, WI Manufacturer. As an Accountant, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the CFH and the day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $26.50 - $31.25/hr. + Based on Experience

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Support daily accounting operations with a focus on accounts receivable, customer invoicing, and balance sheet account maintenance.
• Prepare, process, and issue customer invoices accurately and in accordance with contract terms.
• Monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances and follow up on past-due accounts to support healthy cash flow.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including preparing and posting journal entries.
• Perform routine balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

What's Needed?

• Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of accounting experience, preferably with accounts receivable and invoicing responsibilities.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software (Sage preferred) and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
