Financial Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Accountant to join our team.

• Process parts invoices in an accurate and timely manner.
• Entry and maintenance of customer information in the accounting customer master file.
• Maintain AR aging reports and perform collection on overdue customer accounts.
• Process intercompany invoices and work with colleagues to resolve any receipt/invoice discrepancies.
• Communicate with co-workers, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Assist with preparing documents for the annual audit.

The Financial Accountant has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday in coordination with our company "core hours" as noted in our Employee Handbook. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

No travel is expected for this position.

• Associate’s degree in accounting or finance plus 1-3 years Accounting and/or Audit experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting plus 1 to 3 years Accounting and/or Audit experience.
