Assistant Accounts Receivable Analyst

Full‑Time (Shift: Days, Non‑Exempt)

IAB has an exciting opportunity for a driven, self‑motivated professional who is looking to jumpstart their career in accounts receivables. We have a training program and small teams to ensure you get the attention you need to thrive.

As a member of the highly successful team of Assistant Accounts Receivable Analysts, you will work collaboratively with senior analysts, researching and resolving deductions and chargebacks using IAB’s proprietary system alongside client systems. You will contribute to the recovery of revenue for major brands and help drive our clients’ bottom line.

• Research and analyze accounts receivable deductions and chargebacks.
• Use proprietary and client systems to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Communicate findings and resolution steps in clear written reports.
• Maintain organized, detail‑oriented records and work schedules.

• Positive, organized, detail‑oriented approach.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple computer applications.
• Entry‑level or several years of experience acceptable – we promote from within.
