Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist – Green Bay, WI

Location: Lamers Bus Lines Corporate Office, 2407 South Point Rd. Green Bay
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Lamers Bus Lines is hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join our Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI. • Accurately perform daily accounts payable and bookkeeping duties
• Communicate professionally with vendors and suppliers
• Utilize standard office software and specialized accounting software
• Handle filing, mailing, and other office tasks as needed
• (Optional) Obtain a Class B CDL to support school bus routes or charters during peak times

• Strong data entry and accounting skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow direction
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
