Green Bay, WI - can be remote or hybrid.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax laws by monitoring legislative changes and conducting payroll audits.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payments, garnishments, and system updates.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, including tax, general ledger, and funding activities, to maintain financial accuracy.
• Identify, develop, and implement payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee payroll operations to guarantee timely and accurate payroll processing across multiple entities.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive payroll experience, with deep knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with enterprise payroll systems and third-party payroll vendors.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
