Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Payroll Department supporting payroll compliance, tax administration, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully within the organization.

Green Bay, WI - can be remote or hybrid.
What's the Job?
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax laws by monitoring legislative changes and conducting payroll audits.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings, payments, garnishments, and system updates.
- Perform payroll reconciliations, including tax, general ledger, and funding activities, to maintain financial accuracy.
- Identify, develop, and implement payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee payroll operations to guarantee timely and accurate payroll processing across multiple entities.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive payroll experience, with deep knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with enterprise payroll systems and third-party payroll vendors.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
