We are seeking a results‑driven, tech‑savvy professional to join our Accounts Receivable Analyst team. Whether entry‑level or experienced, you will be part of a collaborative, data‑driven team focused on recovering deductions and credit losses for our clients. A training program and small teams support your growth and success.

• Validate and monetize deductions, using problem‑solving skills to identify recovery opportunities.
• Submit disputes on behalf of our clients and analyze data gathered through IT automation and research.
• Maintain accurate data on proprietary IAB systems and web portals used by clients such as large retailers and logistics carriers.
• Meticulously analyze customer remittances and deduction documentation.
• Communicate extensively via email and occasionally over the phone.
• Handle multiple responsibilities and consistently uphold high standards of business and professional ethics.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Can‑do attitude with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Problem‑solving with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of A/R Deduction and experience in SAP or other ERP systems are a plus, but not expected.
• Must maintain client confidentiality.
