Role Description The Fire Services Coordinator is a part‑time hybrid role based in Green Bay, WI, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. This role coordinates fire service training programs, including scheduling courses, arranging instructors and equipment, and ensuring all logistical details are in place for on‑site and off‑site trainings. The Fire Services Coordinator communicates with clients to understand training needs, provides service updates, and supports registration and documentation processes.

Daily responsibilities include scheduling training events, preparing training materials, and assisting with compliance documentation. The role collaborates closely with internal staff and external partners to ensure that fire service courses are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Service Coordination skills, including scheduling, organizing resources, and managing multiple training programs concurrently.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships with clients, instructors, and partners.
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear instructions, client updates, and accurate documentation.
  • Experience or aptitude in Operations Management, including logistics planning, recordkeeping, and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with or interest in fire services or public safety training is preferred.
  • Proficiency with basic office software, online scheduling tools, and remote communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing schedules and program needs.
