Job DutiesApplications will be included in a general temporary pool and may involve general office assistance and administrative support for individual departments at UW‑Green Bay.
Key Responsibilities- Track, stock, order, and inventory office supplies to ensure adequate materials are available for workplace operation
- Send, receive, copy, and distribute communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures
- Schedule logistics and secure resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations
- Serve as first point of contact for individuals and groups providing basic organizational information via phone, in person, and through other communication mediums, routing more complex inquiries to the appropriate entities
- Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication, organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Capacity to work autonomously and in a self‑directed fashion
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making
A pre‑employment education check and a criminal conviction investigation will be conducted on the finalist(s).
