Responsibilities
- Maintains methods and organizational systems for electronic/physical records according to established policies
- Prepares and audits complex records, edits documents, and reviews work done by others
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, and travel
- Moderates virtual conferences and assists in training of instructors
- Develops, sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications according to policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and desktop software
- Proficiency with virtual delivery platforms and website tools
- Experience with social media and the Internet
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Highly organized, flexible, self-directed individual
- Ability to navigate complex virtual delivery challenges
- Excellent interpersonal communication and social skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven problem-solving ability
