Job DutiesApplications will be considered for vacancies that occur from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. This posting does not apply to a specific current opening. Respondents will be included in a general administrative support temporary pool. Job duties may include general office assistance and administrative support for individual departments at UW‑Green Bay.
Key Job Responsibilities- Tracks, stocks, orders, and inventories office supplies to ensure adequate materials are available for workplace operation
- Sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations
- Serves as first point of contact for individuals and groups providing basic organizational information via phone, in person, and through other communication mediums, routing more complex inquiries to the appropriate entities
- Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication, organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Capacity to work autonomously and in a self-directed fashion
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision making
