Continuing Education Operations Coordinator
The PESI Continuing Education Team is responsible for supporting PESI’s continuing education efforts by ensuring accreditation compliance with national and state professional board requirements (e.g., ACCME, ANCC, ASHA, ASWB). This role includes reviewing educational content and speaker credentials for compliance purposes, submitting necessary documentation for board approvals, and issuing the appropriate credit hours to participants. The CE Administrator will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment where growth and professionalism will be achieved largely through sound judgment, sense of urgency, integrity, creativity, and a balance between strategic and tactical skills.
Responsibilities- Secure and maintain accreditation for educational courses and products.
- Ensure adherence to board requirements in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of courses offered, including meeting deadlines for submission of reports, forms, fees and certificates.
- Proof course and product accreditation statements to ensure accuracy which helps to secure board relationships and build customer trust.
- Communicate accreditation requirements to all relevant departments across the organization.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with other departments and appropriate accrediting agencies.
- Provide verification to various accreditation groups and certificates as requested.
- Respond to board inquiries and attendee requests in a timely manner.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in an accreditation-related or compliance field.
- Demonstrated ability to use computer technology consistent with duties and responsibilities (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat).
- Problem- solving skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast- paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing workload across multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while also working independently
