Location: Port Washington, Wisconsin
Salary Range: $25.00/hour to $31.00/hour

Aboutthe Role
The Field Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Site Superintendent and Field Team on projects for Cupertino Electric, Inc. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast‑paced construction environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software quickly are essential.
Responsibilities- Union New Hire Onboarding:
Ensure compliance with I‑9 requirements, coordinate site orientation and badging, facilitate orientation videos, provide tablet support, maintain accurate onboarding records, and update records promptly. - Payroll Management:
Enter and submit weekly timecards for all field staff, proofread entries to prevent errors, produce payroll reports including incentives, per diem, and corrections, and manage distribution of paychecks to ensure on‑time delivery. - Resource Tracking:
Use Procore Workforce Management to track attendance and workforce resources on‑site; conduct daily roll calls, manage dispatching, process terminations, and handle personnel update (PAR) requests. - Administrative Support:
Consolidate and submit daily reports to key stakeholders, manage IT requests and provide basic IT support, order supplies via Amazon, coordinate catering for events and meetings, maintain safety training records with Vairkko, file and maintain site records, and perform basic office housekeeping.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with field and office personnel.
- Resourceful problem‑solver and capable of adapting to changing project needs.
- Team‑oriented and works well in a collaborative environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with payroll management and timecard submission.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a construction site environment.
- Experience with I‑9 compliance and new‑hire onboarding preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. Any college degree preferred. - Licensure/
Certifications:
None required. - Experience:
Three (3) years of experience required in a similar role with construction experience preferred. - Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
