Bid Coordinator

LaForce is hiring a Bid Coordinator to play a critical role in reviewing qualifications and pricing bids for general contractors. This is a key position within our organization, directly contributing to our success by ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration throughout the bidding process.

We're currently expanding our operations, and to make this growth possible, we need talented individuals in our Green Bay, WI office. This team will be instrumental in supporting our initiatives by handling vital estimating functions and ensuring we continue delivering the exceptional service LaForce is known for.

• Review and analyze project plans and specifications to determine bid viability.
• Ensure all quantities and details align before bid submission.
• Complete bid forms, input project data, and resolve contractor inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to maintain accuracy and deadlines.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong mathematical skills for working with proportions, geometry, and pricing calculations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (Bluebeam experience is a plus).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
