, you’ll be at the center of our operations, ensuring applications are processed quickly, accurately, and efficiently so coverage gets in place without delay.

• Take ownership of reviewing enrollment applications for completeness and accuracy before submission
• Process and submit new business applications to insurance carriers with precision and urgency
• Apply your industry knowledge across Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Part D, Life, Disability, Long‑Term Care, and Annuities
• Support agents with online enrollment platforms and tools including My Health Plan , Sun Fire, Active Analytics, Retire Flo, and CORE
• Serve as a go‑to resource by responding to calls and emails throughout the day with professionalism and care
• Deliver exceptional service while balancing speed, compliance, and quality
