Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting the Manager of Booking & Event Operations with services directly relating to stadium events. Work will include assisting with the day-to-day operations of procuring and operating large-scale events at Lambeau Field. Duties include note taking, researching, agenda preparation, logistics assistance and scheduling meetings. The position includes working with a number of departments including catering, broadcasting, facilities, marketing, retail, partnerships, premium sales, security, ticketing, etc.

This is a paid, in-person internship in our Green Bay office and entails full-time weekdays (40+ hours). Intern may be asked to work nights, holidays and weekends as needed.

Internship timeframe:
June 2026 - June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative needs and miscellaneous projects as necessary.
  • Assist with coordination and planning of meetings related to the large-scale events at Lambeau Field.
  • Conduct research on potential future events, including but not limited to, college football, international soccer, concerts, hockey, WWE, etc.
  • Assist in conducting venue walkthroughs with prospective and existing clients, as needed.
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients before and during events, ensuring clear communication, timely issue resolution, and seamless execution of client requests.
  • Assists in coordinating client site visits, walkthroughs, and production meetings to ensure all event requirements are understood and met.
  • Works alongside the Event Manager throughout the event planning and event execution phases, providing support and/or taking the lead in areas, as needed.
  • Assists leadership with data entry and digital file organization, keeping documents up to date and accurate for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare an Event Overview with Run of Show for all events and share with department leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Event logistics – Manage logistical elements of events, including coordinating schedules, budgets, vendor relations, and on-site management to ensure flawless execution.
  • Stay in the know of industry trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance event experiences.
  • Expertise in note taking, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Daily computer work, PowerPoint documents, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree (junior status minimum) in related field.
  • Previous work experience in sports marketing and/or sports marketing events outside of classroom.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher, including Outlook, and Adobe Illustrator).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to work independently to organize work effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle, shift gears and maintain a sense of humor and professionalism.
  • Ability to work with high-profile individuals and maintain confidentiality.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
  • Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.
  • Occasionally lift and carry 25-50 pounds.

  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Some travel between buildings is required.
