Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

Tosca is hiring a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin
.

This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll operations and supporting employee benefits administration across the organization.

• Location:
  
  800 Bay Beach Road, Green Bay, WI 54302
• Work Schedule:
  
  Hybrid — Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office;
  Monday and Friday remote

• Biweekly payroll processing and payroll audits
• Benefits administration and employee support
• Leave monitoring and coordination (FMLA, life events, etc.)
• Payroll and benefits reporting and analysis
• Supporting open enrollment and employee benefit education

We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail, payroll experience in a multi-state environment, and the ability to work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
