The Compliance Operations Analyst supports the KBX Compliance capability to ensure organizational operations are in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards. Key duties include supporting supplier relationship management, data governance, business continuity, and corporate training.
Our TeamThe KBX Compliance team is part of the business and plays a key role in supporting its vision and operations. Our team maintains strong adherence to all regulatory requirements, understands their impact on the business, and shares this knowledge throughout the organization. The compliance program is structured around a framework that addresses high-risk activities and outlines how these risks will be managed.
WhatYou Will Do
- Work with the Learning and Development team to review computer-based training content, ensure training is assigned to KBX users as appropriate based on risk and completed in a timely manner
- Ensure supplier relationships are maintained and there is no disruption in service
- Review contracts for expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal and/or purchase orders
- Add and maintain vendors in Salesforce & Luminance
- Facilitate resolution between business team members and vendors if there are any data, licensing, or performance issues.
- Coordinate Data Governance Days and facilitate events to address Data Governance as one KBX
- Coordinate supplier requests through GTE (One Trust) process
- Ensure KBX is in alignment with Data Governance guidelines and periodic reviews are conducted
- Ensure Business Continuity Plan documents are current and published
- Assist Rail Asset Compliance team on inbound photo processing into our systems
- Experience presenting and tailoring messages to a variety of audiences
- Experience collaborating with cross functional teams
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to transform data into values or insights for an audience
- Experience managing and organizing data files
- Experience applying knowledge of transportation/logistics compliance regulations
- Experience building relationships with stakeholders
- Experience using Luminance and Salesforce
- Analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis
- Experience leveraging Power
BI to create and present data visualizations
