About the role We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Lead to enhance data-driven strategies and operational efficiency within the ASP Partner Core team. This role involves collaborating closely with Partner Programs leadership to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance partner programs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations that drive business decisions and improve performance.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in business operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to various stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

• Experience in the technology or software industry.
• Familiarity with AWS services and partner ecosystems.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Experience with business intelligence software and reporting tools.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
