Role Summary
The Voice of the Colleague Program Manager transforms employee feedback into clear, compelling stories that inform strategy, strengthen culture, and connect colleagues to organizational priorities and growth aspirations. This role helps ensure colleagues feel heard, informed, and inspired to contribute by aligning colleague voice with business strategy and demonstrating how feedback drives meaningful action.
Key Accountabilities- Create and deliver enterprise-wide communications that share employee feedback themes and organizational responses.
- Produce and publish “you said, we did” content that demonstrates how colleague feedback influences decisions and actions.
- Translate feedback into clear, engaging narratives that communicate employee experiences, priorities, and organizational direction.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to communicate progress on engagement initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Idea Central intranet page, including content updates, idea moderation, and poll management.
- Analyze feedback trends and insights from engagement surveys, culture assessments, communication surveys, town halls, focus groups, interviews, and other feedback channels.
- Compile and present feedback data in a clear, actionable format to support reporting on engagement, participation, and outcomes.
- Track participation and engagement across communication channels and identify opportunities to enhance the colleague experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Communications, HR, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in employee communications or HR
- 2+ years of experience in writing and storytelling
- 2+ years of experience with digital content and intranet platforms
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate feedback into clear, colleague-friendly messages
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
- Supporting feedback tools
