We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and a keen understanding of data analysis. They will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and strategies.

• - Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
• - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
• - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure timely delivery
• - Create and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• - Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for optimization
• - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions
• - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and strategies

• - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
• - Proven experience with data analysis and reporting
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• - Knowledge of construction industry is a plus
