Do you love working with kids and have a knack for keeping things fun and organized? The Kroc Center is looking for a Child Watch Attendant to provide safe, nurturing, and engaging care for children while their parents or guardians participate in Kroc programs and events. You'll play a key role in creating a positive, energetic environment for kids, developing activities that entertain, teach, and inspire.
Flexibility is important for this role, with primary shifts scheduled Monday-Thursday from 3:00-8:00 PM, Fridays from 3:00-7:00 PM, and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM. This position works up to 18 hours per week and pays $15.96 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for all shifts worked from 4:00 PM Friday through Sunday.

SUMMARY/PRIMARYPURPOSE:
The Child Watch Attendant will be responsible for the nurture and supervision of all children participating in the temporary on-site care offered by the RJKCCC. The Child Watch Attendant will develop activities to entertain, teach, and mentor young children while their parents / guardians participate in Kroc programs and events.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:- Attend meetings as directed by supervisor.
Uses a variety of office equipment including a computer, telephone, fax machine, copiers, printers and projection machines. Operate motor vehicles in the execution of some essential functions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older and have 1 year of relevant work experience with children.
LICENSES ANDCERTIFICATIONS:
First Aid, CPR and AED Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
