• As a Quality Control Technician, you ll be the quality eyes on our construction projects—testing materials like concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards.
• You ll work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning valuable technical skills from day one.

• Valid driver s license with clean driving record
• Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary)
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Basic math skills (we ll teach you what you need!)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)
