High-Level Professional with Building Automation System Knowledge
Job DescriptionHigh-Level professional with solid Building Automation System knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Field Service, who provides full ownership of all assigned projects. Schedules, coordinates the execution of project work profitably and timely. Drives project success via compliance with industry standards, per specifications. Uses effective communications with internal and external resources. Demonstrated commitment to the HVAC, BAS and Construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- 2+ years of experience working with Building Automation
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's degree with prior experience in Construction or HVAC
- Experience in risk management, project planning, project estimation, and project monitoring
- MS Office 365 Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams, and One Drive - PMP Certification
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong problem-solving, planning and project management skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting.
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other CompensationThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
