Absolute Concrete LLC is a locally owned commercial concrete contractor based in Green Bay, WI, serving the Fox Valley, Milwaukee, and projects across the Midwest. Over the past nine years, the company has completed a wide range of projects, including industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, multifamily developments, warehouses, mixed-use projects, and multi-story structures. Absolute Concrete LLC owns and operates advanced equipment such as 3D-capable Somero laser screeds, laser graders, roller compactors, ride-on trowels, tractor-trailers, excavators, and forklifts, allowing strong control over quality, schedule, and safety.

The team partners with leading general contractors, developers, and end users, building long-term relationships through repeat business and high-quality work. Their expertise supports diverse concrete applications, including foundations, slabs, parking lot paving, retaining walls, and tilt-wall construction.

The Foreman Position is a full-time, on-site role located in Green Bay, WI. The Foreman will oversee daily concrete construction activities, lead crew members, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating labor and equipment, reading and interpreting plans, assigning tasks, and monitoring work progress. The role also involves inspecting work areas, ensuring proper maintenance and safe operation of heavy equipment, and communicating with project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed.

The Foreman will help resolve on-site issues, enforce safety protocols, and support training and development of crew members.

• Strong supervisory skills with experience leading construction crews and coordinating daily operations.
• Proficiency with heavy equipment commonly used in concrete construction, including safe operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members, project managers, and external partners.
• Knowledge of carpentry and concrete forming techniques relevant to commercial and industrial projects.
• Experience with routine maintenance of tools and equipment and commitment to safety standards.
• Previous experience in commercial concrete construction or related field; foreman or lead role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Reliable transportation to the Green Bay, WI job site and willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or trade training in construction is beneficial.
