Graphic Designer and Vehicle Graphic Specialist

Overview

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on Graphic Designer to join our team sign and vehicle graphics industry. This role is a blend of design and production, perfect for someone who enjoys seeing their ideas come to life — from the screen to the finished product.

You’ll design everything from logos and storefront signage to full vehicle wraps, then help prep and produce the graphics for installation. If you love variety, teamwork, and seeing your work rolling down the road, this job is for you.

Experience in the sign industry is a plus but not a requirement.

• Design custom layouts for signs, banners, decals, and vehicle graphics.
• Create full and partial vehicle wrap designs and prepare print-ready files.
• Work directly with customers and sales staff to understand design goals and brand needs.
• Set up artwork for printing, cutting, and routing (production-ready files).
• Operate design and production equipment (wide-format printer, plotter, laminator, etc.) once trained.
• Assist in preparing and applying vinyl graphics and wraps as needed.
• Maintain organized digital files and follow internal proofing/approval procedures.
• Ensure all artwork meets size, scale, and color accuracy requirements.
• Keep the shop workspace and equipment clean, organized, and ready for use.

• Associates Degree or higher in graphic design or other qualified work experience
• Demonstrate knowledge and ability to use various colors and design techniques to ensure customer brands are met and enhanced
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Understanding of color, layout, and scaling for large-format production.
• Comfortable working hands-on with materials, printers, and plotters.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed — design, print, or prep.
