Graphic Designer

The Graphic Artist is a production-focused design role responsible for executing and maintaining graphic assets that support packaging, marketing, ecommerce, and brand initiatives. This position works closely with the Marketing team to produce, update, and prepare production-ready artwork across print and digital channels.

Success in this role requires strong technical design skills, attention to detail, file accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Create, update, and maintain print-ready artwork for product packaging including blister cards, labels, inserts, and tags.
• Prepare and format corporate marketing collateral for Century and Tundra brands including sell sheets, brochures, catalogs, and branded materials.
• Ensure all artwork meets prepress, print production, and manufacturing specifications.
• Execute digital photography and video production including setup, shooting, editing, and final asset delivery.
• Produce and maintain visual content for ecommerce platforms, ensuring imagery, product information, and assets are accurate and optimized.
• Assist in social media content production and asset preparation.
• Build and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Constant Contact.
• Support apparel graphics and promotional merchandise artwork.
• Prepare tradeshow graphics, signage, and booth visual assets.
• Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and digital asset management standards.
• Manage revisions, version control, and asset updates across multiple channels.

• Strong proficiency in Macintosh environment and Adobe Creative Suite:
• In Design
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• Lightroom
• Experience with Quark
  
  XPress preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong production mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and file management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Videography and video editing experience required.
• Knowledge of prepress workflows, print production, and manufacturing processes preferred.
• Experience with Digital Asset Management Systems (Canto preferred) is a plus.
• Ecommerce experience (Amazon or similar platforms) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content workflows is a plus.
• Word Press and Shopify experience is a plus.

Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.
