Customer Service Rep
Join our team as a Membership Services Representative and play a key role in delivering top‑notch customer service while supporting the daily operations of our Welcome Desk! In this exciting role, you’ll ensure that guests have a seamless experience from start to finish. You’ll handle everything from memberships and sales to providing insightful tours that attract new members.
Your responsibilities will include processing payments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that all transactions are accurate and timely. You’ll help with customer retention by keeping memberships up to date, assisting with calls, and maintaining a tidy, well‑stocked Welcome Desk.
We are currently seeking individuals available to work Wednesday evenings from 3:00‑7:00 pm or 3:30‑9:00 pm, as well as Saturdays with hours ranging between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. This position averages up to 10 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours to cover open shifts. The starting pay rate is $16.61 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour shift differential for all shifts worked from 4:00 pm Friday through Sunday.

SUMMARY/PRIMARY PURPOSEThe Membership Services Representative’s primary responsibilities are the execution of the day‑to‑day operations and workflow of the Welcome Desk and to deliver high quality customer service at all times. This individual must be knowledgeable on facility programs, able to communicate that knowledge effectively, and be able to complete the necessary paperwork and computer transactions associated with Welcome Desk functions.

MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of one year customer service experience, including cash handling.
- OR -
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
First Aid, CPR and AED Certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
