Service Advisorto support our customers and technicians by coordinating repairs, scheduling service work, and ensuring an exceptional service experience.

If you have a background in trucking or automotive service, understand maintenance/repairs, and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity for you.

• Greet customers and schedule service appointments
• Create repair orders and document repair needs
• Track, enter and bill out labor and parts on repair orders daily.
• Translate customer concerns into standard repair terminology
• Communicate repair timelines and updates clearly to customers
  
  Review equipment history and clarify concerns
• Obtain customer approval and open repair orders
• Monitor repair progress and contact customers about delays
• Update computer systems and verify completed work
• Assist with parts and other support functions
• Support continuous improvement efforts
• Coordinate activities when the manager is out
• Adapt to new technologies and changing customer needs

• 3+ years of experience in a high‑transaction service environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Greatorganizationalskills and ability to multitask
• Solid computer skills; ability to learn new systems quickly
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to listen effectively
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn technical aspects and assist with parts
