Master Fleet is looking for an experienced
Service Advisorto support our customers and technicians by coordinating repairs, scheduling service work, and ensuring an exceptional service experience.
If you have a background in trucking or automotive service, understand maintenance/repairs, and enjoy helping customers, this is a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do- Greet customers and schedule service appointments
- Create repair orders and document repair needs
- Track, enter and bill out labor and parts on repair orders daily.
- Translate customer concerns into standard repair terminology
- Communicate repair timelines and updates clearly to customers
Review equipment history and clarify concerns - Obtain customer approval and open repair orders
- Monitor repair progress and contact customers about delays
- Update computer systems and verify completed work
- Assist with parts and other support functions
- Support continuous improvement efforts
- Coordinate activities when the manager is out
- Adapt to new technologies and changing customer needs
- 3+ years of experience in a high‑transaction service environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Greatorganizationalskills and ability to multitask
- Solid computer skills; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to listen effectively
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn technical aspects and assist with parts
