We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Client Support Advisor to assist clients with planning and coordinating well‑organized travel experiences. This role focuses on communication, organization, and research to ensure each client receives accurate information and consistent support throughout the planning process. The position operates in a remote‑friendly environment while maintaining clear processes and team collaboration.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop organized travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also provide updates and assistance if itinerary adjustments, documentation needs, or scheduling changes arise before, during, or after travel. This role emphasizes dependable service, organization, and attention to detail rather than direct sales responsibilities.
