Senior Customer Service Representative
Schneider is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative in XXXCity. The Senior Customer Service Rep will process and monitor customer orders, manage relationships, coordinate freight solicitation, and negotiate market rates. Responsibilities include monitoring customer freight and proactively identifying potential issues to improve efficiency. The role also involves using reports, dashboards, and technology to analyze service issues and trends to determine solutions.
Collaboration with leaders, teams, and customers, as well as maintaining and developing customer relationships, are key components of this position.
Skills and qualifications include having a high school diploma or GED, 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong written and oral communication skills.
