Schedule and Compensation

Full‑Time | 3rd Shift | On‑Site

Schedule:

rotating 3 days on / 3 days off / 4 days on / 4 days off. Hours between 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM. Potential for occasional work‑from‑home flexibility.

Compensation: $22/hour.

Start Date:

06/08/2026.

Position Overview

We are seeking a B2B Customer Support Representative to manage customer relationships and support daily operations. In this role, you’ll monitor customer orders, resolve service issues, and ensure efficient delivery of services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams to improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor customer orders and shipments to identify issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Adjust workflows based on changing customer demand and volume fluctuations.
  • Communicate with internal teams, leadership, and customers to resolve concerns.
  • Utilize various systems and tools to track performance and identify solutions.
  • Support overall customer satisfaction through proactive issue management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
